What is e-Learning?

If you are not familiar with the concept, e-Learning is a convenient, flexible and cost-effective method to acquire knowledge. If you want a bit of advice, bring with you some self-discipline; make sure that you dedicate time for a great learning opportunity and find a quiet place to study. 


What are the system requirements to take e-Learning modules?

cliclogic Inc. uses TalentLMS, which is a secure and fluid interface that works with any browser. It offers the same experience across all devices, from desktops to tablets and modern mobile devices. Native apps for iPhone, iPad and Android are also available. On instructor-led training or webinars, webcam and audio capabilities will be necessary. 


Can anyone access the e-Learning portal and register for courses?

Anyone is able to browse our catalog without having to sign-in. You cannot buy a module directly from our catalog. To register for a module or two, you will need to submit a Registration Form found at  www.cliclogic.ca/distance-learning. The review process will take approximately 24 hrs. to complete at which point you will be sent an invoice. Our e-Learning modules are currently designed exclusively for the public sector at this time.



What do Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 courses mean?

Each module in our catalog has a designated level of difficulty based on feedback received from e-Learners and our extensive experience as OSINT practitioners. 

Level 1 = Basic    |    Level 2 = Intermediate     |     Level 3 = Advanced

You will need to self-assess and select the level that you believe is right for you. If you're not sure where you fall, feel free to reach out to us and we can provide you with a tailored learning path.


How long do I have to complete a module?

Once you have registered, paid for a module and subsequently provided with your portal credentials, you will have fourteen (14) days to complete the module. You can access the e-Learning portal 24/7 during that period. Once this time expires, your account is automatically deactivated. Your account and progress will not be deleted. If you require extensions, you just let us know and we will try to accommodate. When you register for new modules, you will still have access to all previous completed modules and any updates to their content since your completion. 


 

How do I communicate with the instructor?
When logged into your e-Learning portal, there are various methods of communication including internal messages, emails, discussion groups and during live events, our video conferencing integration with Zoom.us is also an option.



How much does it cost per module?

Each module is priced competitively and affordable.  Price will vary dependent on the topic, complexity, content and delivery method used. Prices are as advertised in our catalog and in Canadian dollars.  Relevant taxes will be added upon checkout. Note that discounted rates may be available for large departments and organizations.  Contact us for details.



What methods of payments do you accept?
Stripe is our current e-commerce processor. All major credit cards are accepted. An invoice will be sent directly to your email upon acceptance of your Registration Form. Once payment is processed, a receipt will be issued and the process of activating your secured learning portal will be initiated. It can take approximately 24 hrs. for you to receive your login credentials. 


Note: Prepaid training credits are also available for larger departments and organizations. Contact us for details.



What is your refund policy?

You are eligible for a full reimbursement up to the moment that you become an "active user".  In other words, up until your received the e-Learning credentials from the e-Learning administrator. If you have any questions or would like to request a refund, you can contact us at info@cliclogic.ca.


What about Privacy and Security?

Your privacy and security matter to us. While TalentLMS is hosting our e-Learning portal, limited information will be provided to the host. TalentLMS operates on a secure cloud infrastructure with certifications, data and application security protocols. We recommend that you read their privacy and security policies.

Registering, billing and payment are managed by cliclogic Inc. and are processed through Stripe, a certified PCI Service Provide Level 1, which is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
